PACKAGE

This is for newly registered members who want to place their listings for free.

1. A total of 10 free listings  is given for 1 month.

2. At the expiration of the 1 month duration or when the given listings have expired, the member is required to upgrade to Premium package to continue posting listings on this platform.

 3. List only closable property on the platform.

 

4. Be available and on time for an inspection when need be.

PREMIUM
PACKAGE

This is for members who own properties or operate as middle men to the property. 

1. Listing here require the agent to subscribe for 1 Month, 2 Months or 3months.

2. The potential buyer/clients will contact you directly.
