TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- For property management, the client will be responsible for the transportation of our staff to inspect the property.
- A registration fee is required before the inspection of any site/house.
- All registration fees expire in two months.
- A percentage commission of the gross rent will be deducted before remittance is made.
- Do not make payments to any agent, lawyer, landlord or whoever without our knowledge.
- Money paid for commission is non-refundable should client have any reason(s) to reject the property after payment or initial deposit.
