TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• 1. For property management, the client will be responsible for the transportation of our staff to inspect the property.
• 2. A registration fee is required before the inspection of any site/house. 
• 3. All registration fees expire in two months.
  
• 4. A percentage commission of the gross rent will be deducted before remittance is made. 
• 5. Do not make payments to any agent, lawyer, landlord or whoever without our knowledge.
• 6. Money paid for commission is non-refundable should client have any reason(s) to reject the property after payment or initial deposit.
